Warranty

All Outdoor furniture covers.com products come with a one year full warranty (calculated from the date of purchase) against defects from workmanship and materials. Our warranty is provided in the place of any and all other warranties, whether express or implied.

Returns

Provided your Outdoor furniture covers.com cover was properly used under regular conditions, and was not damaged as a result of neglect, misuse, acts of God, vandalism, improper use, or extremely windy conditions, the warranty will be effective. Outdoor Furniture Covers.com will not be liable for any damages above and beyond the original purchase value of the cover. How to go about making a warranty claim – please follow these steps carefully:

  • If you are experiencing any problems with your cover during the warranty period and you think it may be something subject to warranty, please fill the return authorization request form at outdoor-furniture-covers.com/returns.
  • Please be prepared to provide us with proof of purchase information.
  • If, based on our investigation, our Outdoor Furniture Covers.com representative determines that your cover should be returned for inspection, he/she will provide you with an authorization number (RA#) and instructions for the return of the cover.
  • In the event that a product is discontinued, an exact duplicate may not be available – in which case a substitute may be offered.
  • Any defective product will be recycled and will not be returned to you if a replacement has been sent.

Please note that Outdoor furniture covers.com will not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected packages, or any actions that may be taken by not following the guidelines listed above. Yes. When we compare our price to a Competitor's price, the equivalent delivery charges will be included when we calculate the price of the Competitor's product. If the Competitor's delivery charges are not provided, a minimum of $10 will be added to the Competitor's price. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
